• Identify potential customers based on the assigned segment to meet Sales goal & target through consulting and offering solutions to customers.
• To handle key accounts by resolving problems and handle complaints in a time.
• Aligning with Corporate/institutional sales team to deliver & ensure best customer service
• To suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/areas of the business functions for proper execution of activities to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum customer experience.
