East River digital is looking for HR executive Main Job Description :
Should have the capabilities/ capacity to link HR objectives with business objectives.
Facilitate and drive strategic discussions with leaders on OD for growth plan.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Create performance culture and lead Performance Management Process (PMP), formulate and review employee compensation strategies and execute employee satisfaction and engagement programs such as employee surveys, focus groups, etc.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc.)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
