Job Description

Responsibilities
Own the performance monitoring and reporting processes at Careem and be a single point of contact for financial and operational performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to budgets through monitoring systems, dashboards and automated alerting mechanisms
Act as the single point of contact for financial and operational performance, both historical and target-related, across all verticals and regions where Careem is present
Create scorecards, measurement tools and KPIs to monitor performance, highlight trends and analyze drivers of variances vs budgets
Design, create and facilitate monthly business reviews of Careem leadership team with mountain peaks and help identify focus areas for improvement
Brainstorm and recommend KPIs to track companywide OKRs through dashboard creation, automated tools and processes (tableau, PBI, python, SQL)
Create reports for the board for weekly / monthly/ annual meetings and support team on adhoc initiatives / special projects

Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in finance
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, Python, Tableau, PBI
Proficiency in building models, spreadsheets and dashboards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and effectively communicate analytical data to non-technical professionals
High business acumen, ability to understand the business
Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally
