Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Processing all deposit transactions through various systems.
– Processing all withdrawal transactions through various systems.
– Processing other transactions including (adjustments, indemnifications, and credits).
– Assisting and responding to client’s payment-related queries over the phone and through emails.
– Able to provide adequate information about the available Payment Providers and solutions.
– Liaising with banks and PSPs to investigate missing payments or anomalies.
– Handling confidential information.
– Report Technical errors and follow up on them.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years experience in real estate industry.
