AG Resources is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our reputable client in Dubai.
Duration: 6 months contract extendable
*** We are looking for candidates who are locally available in Dubai
Assist senior administrators to Provide efficient and effective support and administration services to the Department.
Support and assist Organization estimation and contract team in all communications with vendors, including required follow-ups and consequent liaising with other concerned Organization departments.
Assist the team in efficiently logging all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondence, design information, contract documents, etc., and circulate for obtaining further approvals as per DOA.
Secure and maintain confidentiality of important documents at all times.
Assist estimation team in maintaining Organization cost data for ‘Benchmarking and cost analyses and related databases up-to-date as per department guidelines.
Support the Department/ Division in ensuring full compliance with the company’s established operational and administrative policies, Processes, and procedures.
Undertake any other related tasks allocated by the department head.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same field.
Currently or previously worked as a developer, consultant, or contractor within the Construction industry is a must.
Diploma or Degree in relevant field. Administration / Document control
Good knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel
Previously experience in Aconex
