We are looking for an HR manager to lead an HR team in a call centre based in Karachi. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
– Conducting performance and wage reviews.
– Talent management, acquisition and retention.
– Managing staff training and development.
– Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
– Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
– Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Org Behavior / Psychology / or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.

– 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist with cross-functional experience.
– Excellent with Systems, Workday experience is highly preferred.
– Proficient in MS Office.

– Strong team player who can motivate others on the team.
– Ability to manage through uncertainty, ambiguity and a dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication skills.
