• Assist Head of Finance/ Company Secretary for all reporting segments. • Preparation of quarterly & annual accounts of sister companies. • Preparation of monthly cash flow projections based on recent developments in business. • Preparation of stock, receivables and payable position on weekly basis including reconciliation’s and age analysis of Debtor (NEPRA) and Creditors (BYCO, Hascol, Attock Petroleum and other OMC). • Negotiating and finalizing finance facilities with banks for sanctioning of finances. • Liaising with Legal and Tax Authorities (LTU/RTO) for responding to their concerns on Financial Statements. • Liaising with SECP for Incorporation of companies, submission of statutory documents and resolutions. • Examining monthly Invoices of Capacity, Energy, Pass-through and Delayed Payment. • Submission of semi-annually withholding tax in IRIS. • Work on the data for analyzing the Daily Efficiency and Oil consumption of Plant. • Taking part in software development assistance and changes at group level. • Liaison with external auditors regarding other engagement assignments and annual company Audits.
