I came to know that your health care industry, Hashmani hospital is searching  for Medical Director/ CEO position.

Currently I am working in Kharadar General Hospital as a Deputy Medical Director and have done work at post of Acting MD many times. I am also doing evening clinics in Agha Khan Health Services of Pakistan.

I have done Masters in Healthcare services Management from Dow University of Health Science, having Diploma of Certified Healthcare Quality Professional from PIQC/DUHS, Infection Prevention and Control Certification course from Indus Hospital and QMS Lead Auditor course from IRQA registered by TQCSI Pakistan.
I am also enrolled in MCPS program of Family Medicine through CPSP.

Throughout my career, I have maintained the highest performance of standards, my professional tenure includes 8 years of clinical experience, 3 years of teaching experience in Liaquat National Medical College and 7 years of hospital management experience in Chiniot General Hospital.

Being a healthcare management Specialist, I am proficient in overseeing patient healthcare services and programs while spearheading staff recruitment, Quality management system, Infection prevention and control practices while working on patient centric approach.
My experience in developing academic programs including Nurse Aid Program, House Job program for MBBS students, in creating and maintaining a corporate culture with quality passion and empowering employees to effect positive change enriched my skill sets.

I am also expert in demonstrating superior abilities in patient care and satisfaction , employee retention, resource allocation as well as a dedication to providing new health services and programs to meet present needs.
I have thorough knowledge in assuring adherence to Standards Operating Procedures in medical operations, conducting internal audits, facilitating external audits and provision of training to medical employees after training need analysis.
